PicKala is an Android app developed by MEITU (1013 Centre Road,Suite 403S,wilmington,County of New Castle,Delaware,19805 U.S.A.). Others apps created by MEITU are: POMELO Camera, BeautyPlus - Magical Camera, AirBrush, BeautyPlus Me.

PicKala first became available on 06 Nov 2015. It is estimated that PicKala has been downloaded between 100000 and 500000 times from the Play Store.

PicKala 1.3.0 requires the following permissions:

Allows an app to access approximate location. Alternatively, you might want ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION.

Allows an app to access precise location. Alternatively, you might want ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows an application to install a shortcut in Launcher.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows mounting and unmounting file systems for removable storage.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

This permission is no longer supported.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
